Please Read!! With the Election coming on tuesday, it is a huge day for my employment and possibly for my career.

I have a favor to ask every one. You have the opportunity and ability to vote for my next Boss. The type of boss I need is a boss with Experience, Strength, and Integrity. As an employee of the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office, I need you to vote for someone that I would also be proud to have as a Boss. As I stated previously the reputation and actions of the Sheriff reflects on his or her employees and I would be extremely embarrassed to have a person like stanik as my leader. How would you like to work for a boss who reputation and actions reflects negatively on you? Stanik’s election would cause me to question my continued employment with the Sheriff's office. I have to think of my reputation and I believe that I have developed a positive reputation for my caring and hard work that I have done for all people in my community, regardless of color, religion or their economic situation. I would hate to have my reputation ruined because of the actions and reputation of my boss. I have worked at the Jail over five years and I truly believe the best Candidate is Juan Lopez. He has Experience, Strength, and Integrity and a great reputation with the Deputies in the Sheriff's Office. Juan has worked 10 years in the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office as a Detention Deputy, Interpreter, and Recruitment Coordinator. Moreover, he would treat all persons as equals. We need someone that would recruit and retain employees that are representative of our communities.

I ask and encourage all to vote for the best candidate on the ballot. Please vote Juan Lopez for Hennepin County Sheriff.
